As a member of the Baxter Quality team, you will play a key role in ensuring patient safety by maintaining compliance throughout the product lifecycle. What You'll Be Doing:
Ensure compliance with global quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare for and manage external inspections and audits to maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.
Conduct internal audits to identify gaps and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to compliance protocols.
Monitor and assess compliance risks, ensuring timely implementation of necessary measures.
Review and analyze audit findings to drive continuous quality improvements.
Support quality system improvements to enhance overall compliance performance.
Facilitate training programs to promote awareness and understanding of compliance policies.
Assist in maintaining and updating compliance documentation as required.
