We are currently seeking a Sr. Associate – HEVA to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the generation of robust health economics and value-based evidence for the products in your assigned therapy area, working closely with Market Access and global HEVA teams to ensure optimal access and reimbursement decisions.


Main Responsibilities

As a Sr. Associate – HEVA, your core responsibilities will include the development, execution, and management of evidence generation strategies to demonstrate the clinical, economic, and humanistic value of Sanofi’s products.

Evidence Generation & Strategic Planning

  • Support HEVA Evidence Plan: Assist in the development of comprehensive evidence generation plans for investigational and marketed drugs, covering pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases. This includes managing studies such as burden of illness studies, epidemiology, meta-analysis, observational studies, economic evaluations, and patient-reported outcomes.
  • Study Execution & Support: Support the execution of approved HEVA studies and provide strategic oversight, ensuring the timely completion of studies related to clinical, economic, and humanistic product value.
  • Value Proposition Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create Core Value Dossiers (CVD), AMCP dossiers, and other strategic evidence deliverables.

Collaboration with Stakeholders

  • Cross-Functional Partnerships: Work closely with global and local teams including HEVA, RWE, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, External Affairs, and Market Access to ensure the identification and dissemination of evidence generation needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate communication across various time zones and functions to ensure alignment on evidence generation plans and deliverables.

Process Development & Compliance

  • HEVA Strategy & Templates: Assist the HEVA team in the development of evidence generation templates, materials, and processes, ensuring alignment with scientific, clinical, and value messages (e.g., CVD, AMCP dossiers).
  • Adherence to Guidelines: Ensure compliance with evidence generation guidelines and contribute to the development and maintenance of processes that ensure quality, integrity, and alignment with regulatory and scientific standards.

About You

To excel in this role, you will bring your expertise in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, and a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, specifically within market access and reimbursement.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) within the pharmaceutical industry, CROs, or academia.
  • In-depth understanding of health economics, health technology assessment (HTA) reviews, and reimbursement processes.

Skills & Competencies

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, building strong relationships to drive evidence generation goals.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong ability to translate clinical and economic data into clear payer evidence strategies, with excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HEOR methodologies, economic modeling, and epidemiological studies. Experience with value-based healthcare and payer strategies is a plus.

Education

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a similar discipline (Master's, PhD, or MD).

Languages

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
