Position Overview

The Specialty Networks Director leads business development for assigned specialty networks, focusing on diagnostic and therapeutic oncology solutions that enhance clinical outcomes.
This role involves strategic leadership, partner management, and resource optimization to maximize market potential and achieve corporate growth targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key partners within assigned specialty networks.

  • Lead project management efforts to coordinate internal and external resources effectively.

  • Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities.

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across teams and departments.

  • Develop and implement multi-year strategic plans to acquire and retain customers.

  • Meet and exceed all financial and performance targets.

  • Maintain deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and technologies to adapt to evolving conditions.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or higher preferred.

  • 10+ years of account management experience (required).

  • Proven experience in contract development, negotiation, and execution.

  • Background in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of US Specialty GPOs, LUGPA, and vertically integrated networks (highly preferred).

  • Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.

  • Up to 50% travel required.
