Job Summary: Specialist Analytics & Digital Solutions

The Specialist Analytics & Digital Solutions role focuses on automation and digitization, aiming to ensure our customers receive the best experience through digital integrations. This position collaborates with the customer engagement team to address customer needs, evaluates alternatives, and supports the efficient turnaround of system-reliant processes. Additionally, the role manages internal audits, onboarding, and training of new employees, driving process automation and development in alignment with continuous improvement efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure efficient handling of customer touchpoints throughout their journey.
  2. Support the Customer Experience team in providing value to customers, both analog and digitally.
  3. Assist in customer projects by verifying needs and offering digital solutions.
  4. Onboard new employees, train the global team on new processes and tools, and manage Learning Management System (LMS) updates.
  5. Standardize processes, streamline operations, and reduce manual intervention.
  6. Conduct internal audits, update procedures, and create training plans accordingly.
  7. Contribute to the adoption of online platforms and digital tools for enhanced customer interactions.
  8. Increase data adoption to improve decision-making processes and track operational metrics.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or completed vocational training (apprenticeship) with relevant professional experience.
  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience in customer interaction roles.
  • Knowledge or experience with ERP tools like SAP with Sales and Distribution.
  • Experience with ISO 9001.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Excel at an expert level.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Quick learning capacity and technical proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently in a global environment.
  • Compliance with relevant SOPs and safety policies.

Physical and Travel Requirements:

  • Sedentary environment with communication and quick decision-making requirements.
  • Ability to interpret data, read or write, and adhere to established procedures.
