Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented SPE – Medical Coding (Healthcare) professional with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in medical coding and healthcare products. This role offers a hybrid work model with day shifts, focusing on accurate clinical coding, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement. The position does not involve travel, supporting a balanced and sustainable work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and review medical records to ensure accurate and compliant medical coding

  • Apply appropriate coding standards in accordance with healthcare regulations and payer guidelines

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to obtain complete and accurate clinical documentation

  • Utilize healthcare products and coding tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy

  • Stay updated with ICD, CPT, HCPCS, and other applicable coding standards

  • Ensure all coding activities comply with internal policies and industry best practices

  • Identify coding trends, errors, and opportunities for process improvement

  • Assist in developing and updating coding guidelines and documentation standards

  • Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate coding records and documentation

  • Participate in training programs to enhance technical and regulatory knowledge

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for coding systems and workflows

  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve coding-related issues

  • Meet productivity, quality, and compliance benchmarks consistently


Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in medical coding within the healthcare domain

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare products, medical terminology, and clinical documentation

  • Proficiency in medical coding standards and regulatory requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and commitment to coding accuracy

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving coding regulations


Mandatory Certification

  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) – Required
