Job Overview

IQVIA is seeking a detail-oriented Site Solutions Associate to support site billing, invoice processing, and administrative operations across clinical research projects. This role is office-based and plays a critical part in managing site financial documentation, addressing site inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate billing in line with defined service levels. The position is ideal for professionals with experience in clinical research operations, site finance, or data management within the life sciences industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and process incoming site invoices via mail, email, and fax

  • Generate one-time billings for client sites using proprietary billing systems

  • Scan, upload, and attach site invoices and supporting documentation to billing records

  • Manage Level I site inquiries through the designated case management system

  • Respond to site inquiries in alignment with established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate project or functional teams

  • Perform administrative tasks supporting the full lifecycle of clinical research projects

  • Maintain accurate financial and billing records in compliance with internal procedures

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to billing accuracy and efficiency

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet operational needs


Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant work experience in site finance, operations, or administrative support

  • Prior experience in a biotechnology company, CRO, pharmaceutical organization, or clinical research environment is preferred


Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and data validation

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to organize work efficiently with appropriate supervision

  • Experience handling client or site-facing inquiries in a service-oriented role

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and site contacts
