Job Summary:

The Site Intelligence Leader will provide technical leadership for the development and refinement of Site Intelligence Data Assets, Systems, Processes, and Tools. This role requires advanced programming, database management skills, and the ability to lead discussions across multiple regions, including APAC and the US. The role will involve system requirement development, data integration, reporting strategy creation, and project management for Site Intelligence data analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Database Programming & Analysis:
- Utilize SQL for database programming and data analysis.
- Develop solutions and refine site intelligence systems.
- Lead discussions and collaborate with colleagues in APAC and US regions.
- Python knowledge is advantageous.
System & Process Development:
- Develop and refine Site Intelligence Data Assets, Systems, and Tools.
- Analyze business needs to identify system requirements and propose enhancements.
- Utilize Lean Business Process methodology to optimize workflow and ensure efficiency.
Interface & Data Integration:
- Assist with the implementation of necessary interfaces for data integration.
- Ensure smooth integration between internal and external systems.
Reporting Strategy & Data Visualization:
- Develop strategies for Site Intelligence metric reports and data visualization.
- Support site intelligence activities such as feasibility, site selection, patient recruitment, site alliances, proposal development, and marketing.
Project Planning & Management:
- Provide leadership and management for Site Intelligence data analytics initiatives.
- Manage multiple tasks and ensure data integrity through proper analysis and record cleaning.
Quality Control & Reporting:
- Execute and validate necessary data imports.
- Analyze reports to identify and maintain data integrity through accurate record cleaning.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
- Advanced knowledge in database applications, including SQL programming and data analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodology.
- Experience in a clinical research or healthcare environment is preferred.
- Python programming is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent consulting and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and oral English.
Client-Focused:
- Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions with attention to detail.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience:

University degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Clinical Research, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Significant experience in technology, database management, or clinical research.
