Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all contract processes including clinical trial agreements, budgets, and supporting documents

  • Support the SSUL in negotiating and aligning on country-specific templates and site-level contracts

  • Prepare and submit contract and budget documents, and negotiate with sites through centralized Site Contracts Service Centre

  • Ensure contract quality control, execution, archival, and metadata documentation

  • Represent Site Contracts/SSU in internal and customer meetings, and support business development

  • Track and manage contract-related issues and timelines in SSU systems

  • Liaise with legal, finance, and clinical operations to clarify legal and budgetary concerns

  • Facilitate signature collection and document maintenance

  • Train and mentor junior team members; update training and SOP documents

  • Provide consistent communication on contract status and issues

  • Support financial tracking and escalate discrepancies

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, WIs, and timesheet requirements


Candidate Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, or related field (Advanced degree preferred)

  • Proven experience in contracts management within CRO or pharmaceutical industry

  • In-depth understanding of clinical development phases II–IV and ICH GCP guidelines

  • Familiarity with clinical protocols and trial start-up processes

  • Strong MS Office skills and contract tracking systems

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Effective project management and vendor coordination experience

  • Quality-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and initiative in process improvement
