Key Responsibilities

Collaboration & Oversight
- Partner with departments like Business Development, Project Management, Clinical, and Medical Writing to ensure smooth execution.
- Address challenges related to Site Start-Up, regulatory pathways, and patient enrollment.
Project Management
- Manage all aspects of site start-up from identification to activation, including ongoing lifecycle maintenance.
- Supervise regulatory submissions, agreements, budget finalizations, and essential document collection.
Timelines & Budgets
- Develop comprehensive start-up timelines, regularly monitor progress, and manage risks or delays.
- Ensure that project budgets align with milestones, making adjustments when necessary to maintain profitability.
Documentation & Strategy
- Prepare core clinical trial documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Present SSU strategy and status updates during client meetings and communicate outcomes effectively.
Continuous Improvement
- Actively contribute to process changes within the SSU department and champion improvements across teams.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Higher degree preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years in CRO industry or 5 years in SSU/clinical trial environments.
- Deep understanding of Phases II-IV clinical trials, ICH-GCP, and EU CTR guidelines.
Skills:
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proven vendor management expertise and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and peer mentoring abilities.
