Key Responsibilities & Authorities:

  • Packing Line Management:

    • Start packing lines according to the daily plan, ensuring that all packing statuses (SPM, Insert folding, Chromo label printing) are monitored and updated.

    • Identify and report any abnormalities during the shift, and communicate the next packing plan.

    • Update the Tire-1 display board with packing line statuses, including gaps, breakdowns, analysis, and reasons for delays, along with any issues for the next 24 hours.

  • Documentation and Compliance:

    • Review Batch Packing Records (BPR) to ensure processes are completed in compliance with data integrity guidelines.

    • Ensure all documentation is:

      • Attributable

      • Legible

      • Contemporaneous

      • Original

      • Accurate

  • Procurement and Coordination:

    • Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate with the procurement department for consumables.

    • Coordinate with IPQA for VIT authorization and reauthorization within defined criteria.

  • Deviation Management:

    • Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and investigate deviations in collaboration with the line manager and Quality Management System (QMS) officer.

  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Coordinate with the team to implement suggested Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and Change Control Notifications (CCN).

    • Monitor the implementation of these actions to ensure effectiveness.
