  • Work on complex drug delivery systems, including LNPs, liposomes, and controlled-release injectables.

  • Manage excipient portfolio and ensure reproducibility of formulations.

  • Generate application and proof-of-concept data to support R&D programs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams and external partners.

  • Drive digitalization and adoption of AI technologies in formulation and analytical workflows.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred:

  • Experience with complex drug delivery systems like nanoparticles, LNPs, or controlled-release injectables.

  • Exposure to digitalization and automation in formulation or analytical workflows.

Why Join Us

  • Work in a culture of scientific rigor, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with global experts across R&D, franchise, commercial, and regulatory functions.

  • Access opportunities for professional growth, leadership, and thought leadership.
