About the Job:

Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is seeking a Senior Scientific Writer to develop complex and specialized content for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. This role involves managing end-to-end publication and medical education content development, coaching junior writers, and collaborating with global teams to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Development: Manage and create complex publication/medical education materials such as slide decks, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders in the medical scientific community to ensure content aligns with their needs and objectives.
Team Leadership: Coach and review content created by junior writers, while assisting in the development of their skills and expertise.
Process & Strategy: Contribute to the creation of publication plans, support medical communication efforts, and work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Continuous Improvement: Use feedback from end-users to refine content and enhance the effectiveness of training delivery tools and techniques.

About You:

Experience:
- 4 years of experience in content creation for the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or academia.
Soft Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in therapeutic areas, publication submissions, and project management.
Education:
- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a similar discipline, or a medical degree.
Languages:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
