Key Responsibilities & Authorities:

  • Sales Support:

    • Review protocols from prospective customers and provide rapid responses to meet client timelines.

    • Plan data collection designs based on best practices, knowledge of literature, compliance, patient/site preference, and regulations.

    • Determine the complexity of the project and provide scientific content for capability and bid defense presentations.

    • Attend pre-sales customer presentations to present relevant scientific content.

  • Client Services Support:

    • Assist in the handoff of projects from sales to services.

    • Contribute to training Client Services staff on diary design, scientific objectives, and best practices.

    • Support Client Services at post-sales customer meetings.

  • Marketing Support:

    • Contribute to product development decisions for eCOA and scientific services.

    • Participate in presentations at professional forums, conferences, and meetings.

    • Lead the preparation and review of publications, abstracts, and white papers.

    • Design and lead scientific projects for marketing information acquisition.

  • Scientific Leadership:

    • Maintain a deep knowledge of regulations and scientific advances impacting eCOA services.

    • Facilitate communication with scientists such as questionnaire copyright holders to ensure deliverables.

    • Lead the preparation and development of research studies, outreach efforts, and internal research pipelines.

    • Participate in discussions with clients and other industry scientists to align deliverables with client needs.


What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications:

    • PhD preferred with clinical trial experience or relevant industry experience (Minimum of 3-5 years). A Master’s degree will be considered for highly skilled candidates.

  • Experience & Skills:

    • Significant experience in conducting clinical trials and understanding of the drug development cycle.

    • Familiarity with the clinical trial technology product lifecycle, specifically Clario’s enterprise technologies.

    • Proven success in the sales and delivery of scientific services, including clinical data surveillance and consulting.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across various disciplines in biopharmaceutical development.

  • Other Attributes:

    • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.


Work Conditions:

  • Travel: Approximately 20% of the time required for the role.
