Job Description:
We are expanding our business development function and are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead our Sales Unit. This role will play a pivotal part in driving both individual and team-based revenue goals, formulating sales strategies, and developing high-performing teams aligned with our consulting services.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Sales Strategy:

  • Manage, lead, and inspire a team of sales executives, ensuring they meet individual and team targets.

  • Establish clear sales targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and training.

  • Design and implement sales strategies for sustainable business growth.

  • Drive the adoption of best practices in sales planning, tracking, and evaluation.

Business Development:

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in potential and existing client organizations.

  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities across core and emerging markets.

  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and sales statistics to optimize targeting and inventory forecasting.

  • Contribute directly to revenue generation by achieving individual business targets in addition to team targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of services and alignment of sales initiatives.

  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the client’s industry, pain points, and business objectives to present tailored consulting solutions.


Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • 8–12 years of experience in sales leadership with a proven record in consultative B2B sales.

  • Strong domain knowledge in consulting, healthcare, pharma, or life sciences preferred.

  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills to lead a results-driven team.

  • Strong grasp of the sales cycle, forecasting, and sales planning.

  • High degree of commercial awareness and ability to operate strategically.

  • A goal-oriented, proactive approach with excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.


Estimated Salary: ₹25 LPA – ₹40 LPA (depending on experience and performance history)
