The Position:

Novo Nordisk is seeking an experienced Global Publication Project Manager to join our Global Medical Affairs team in Bangalore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage global publication plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless publication execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Publication Plan Execution: Manage global publication plans, ensuring timely delivery of manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations.

  • Congress Publication Management: Oversee publication logistics related to congresses and conferences.

  • Tracking and Monitoring: Track manuscripts monthly and ensure adherence to publication timelines.

  • IEnvision Management: Manage the IEnvision system for publications and related activities.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the medical affairs team, medical writing, affiliates, and external healthcare professionals (HCPs) to ensure publication success.


Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Education: PhD, Master of Science, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant life science field.

  • Experience:

    • 2-3 years of experience in project management within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.

    • Experience in publication management and a solid understanding of scientific publishing processes.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication skills (both written and spoken) in English.

    • Proven experience in stakeholder management and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
