Role Overview

Lambda Therapeutic Research is seeking an experienced Senior Research Associate to support clinical operations across multiple studies. This role involves paramedical support, patient care, vital signs monitoring, phlebotomy, and emergency management in clinical research settings. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in nursing or clinical research operations and a strong understanding of clinical trial protocols and patient safety requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Measure vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, and ECG; collect and process blood samples.

  • Provide nursing care during screening procedures and patient management across clinic settings.

  • Organize and perform paramedical activities, assisting in clinical operations.

  • Support dosing-related procedures, including medication administration under protocol guidelines.

  • Conduct and manage phlebotomy procedures accurately and safely.

  • Assist in calibration and maintenance of medical instruments, including sphygmomanometers, thermometers, cardiac monitors, and ECG machines.

  • Serve as a clinical custodian: assist with patient meals, bedding, and hygiene needs.

  • Support ICU operations and emergency procedures, including RT insertion and Foley catheterization.

  • Ensure proper collection, handling, and disposal of biological and clinical waste.

  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in clinical areas.

  • Manage stock, inventory, and supplies of paramedical and phlebotomy-related materials.

  • Follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and patient safety during all procedures.


Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5–7 years in clinical operations, nursing, or related paramedical roles within clinical research or hospital settings.

  • Education: B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification.

  • Proven knowledge of clinical trial protocols, patient safety standards, and medical equipment handling.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a team.

  • Ability to manage emergency procedures and ICU support operations effectively.
