Role Overview:
The Senior Process Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of payment posting, charge entry, demo & charge processing, and correspondence management. The role demands strong knowledge of US healthcare processes, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs while meeting productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process medical data accurately, including entering charges and posting payments in the system.

  • Ensure all client deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.

  • Review and respond to emails and updates related to daily operations.

  • Identify and escalate operational issues to the immediate supervisor for timely resolution.

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and client-specific instructions meticulously.

  • Understand project specifications and client requirements to ensure accurate and efficient processing.

  • Meet daily and monthly production and productivity targets consistently.

  • Apply instructions and updates received from clients during production activities.

  • Update production counts in SRP and online scorecards.

  • Prepare and maintain operational and status reports for internal and client review.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of US healthcare concepts and revenue cycle processes.

  • Experience in payment posting, charge entry, demo & charge, or correspondence management (6 months to 3 years).

  • Proficiency in MIS reporting, production tracking, and documentation.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and process improvement practices.

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work closely with team leaders and cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, process optimization, or operational excellence is desirable.

Experience Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in healthcare BPO operations or relevant medical billing roles.

  • Hands-on experience with payment posting, charge entry, and healthcare correspondence processing.
