Senior Pharmacovigilance Specialist – Remote/Hybrid

Job Summary

PVpharm is hiring a Senior Pharmacovigilance Specialist to join its international team in supporting complex and challenging pharmacovigilance projects. This role is ideal for experienced PV professionals ready to take the next step in their careers. You'll manage end-to-end PV operations, provide strategic insights, and collaborate with regulatory bodies, all while working in a flexible remote/hybrid model. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain pharmacovigilance systems in alignment with SOPs.

  • Manage and oversee complex PV projects across global markets.

  • Respond to complex PV queries and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Lead or participate in client and internal meetings.

  • Perform adverse event processing and follow-ups.

  • Utilize EudraVigilance tools: XEVMPD, EVWEB, SPOR-OMS, CTIS.

  • Draft and review PSURs, DSURs, RMPs, and PSMFs.

  • Support signal management activities and safety surveillance.

  • Assist in audits and inspections, and implement CAPAs.

  • Conduct regular global and local literature monitoring.

  • Deliver PV training to internal teams and clients.

  • Liaise directly with regulatory authorities.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance.

  • Strong command of European GVP and local PV legislation.

  • Life Sciences degree (e.g., Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology).

  • Proficient in English (Spanish is a plus).

  • Experience using EudraVigilance platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Team-oriented, proactive, and organized.
