Primary Objective:

  • Scientific Leadership: Act as the medical/scientific voice for the assigned therapeutic areas and special tasks.
  • Expert Advice: Provide expert medical/scientific guidance on products and therapeutic areas to key customers and key opinion leaders.
  • Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to provide scientific input into strategies and initiatives.
  • Support: Assist in the development of medical materials and strategies, and support clinical trials and research activities.

Education/Qualifications/Experience:

  • Required Education: Bachelor’s in Pharmacy plus a Master's degree.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
    • Project management, decision-making, and analytical skills.
    • Knowledge of drug development, clinical research, and ICH/GCP.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
    • Willingness to travel for work (both locally and internationally).

  • Therapeutic Area Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of assigned products and therapeutic areas.
  • Medical Advice & Education: Provide medical advice, create scientific material, and educate healthcare professionals.
  • Clinical Research: Lead or support local clinical trials, including managing protocols and working with investigators.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry practices, and internal SOPs.
  • Promotional Material Review: Approve promotional materials ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and coach Medical Affairs specialists and ensure the success of clinical research activities.
