In this strategic role, you will drive Amgen’s digital transformation efforts by managing Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Co-lead execution of Adobe content platform strategy

  • Define and manage the product roadmap for Adobe-based systems

  • Advise senior stakeholders with insights and optimization strategies

Team & Delivery Oversight

  • Lead a team of developers, product managers, and content specialists

  • Oversee sprint planning, resourcing, and vendor coordination

  • Promote a culture of performance, innovation, and collaboration

Operational Excellence

  • Establish workflows in Adobe Experience Manager and other Adobe tools

  • Drive performance monitoring, A/B testing, and optimization

  • Ensure compliance with SEO, accessibility, and healthcare regulations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with global digital, marketing, and product teams

  • Align cross-functional teams across multiple time zones

  • Deliver cohesive, scalable digital healthcare experiences


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Doctorate degree + 8 years, OR Master’s + 9 years, OR Bachelor’s + 12 years of experience in a marketing/business role aligned with commercial strategy

  • Minimum 8 years in digital product leadership or web/content management

  • At least 3 years in a managerial role

  • Proficient with Adobe Experience Cloud: Assets, Sites, Creative Suite, Workfront

  • Strong understanding of digital compliance and accessibility in regulated environments

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams across geographies


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare content strategy

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or CRM systems

  • Technical knowledge of APIs, web architecture, and performance optimization
