As a Global Labelling Team Manager, you will:
Lead and manage a team of Global Labelling professionals based in Bangalore, India.
Oversee daily Labeling Life Cycle Management (LCM) operations.
Provide strategic guidance on labelling for various global regulatory projects.
Act as a key liaison between cross-functional and internal stakeholders to ensure labelling compliance and efficiency.
Manage day-to-day labeling operations in compliance with global pharmaceutical regulations.
Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaborations.
Build and scale team capabilities, improving onboarding, agility, and performance.
Oversee performance management of direct reports, handling:
Recognition and reward
Complaints and conflict resolution
Development planning and succession alignment
Coordinate recruitment, resource allocation, and workload balancing.
Guide and implement new methodologies to boost efficiency and compliance.
Prepare and deliver operational reports, summarizing team activities and progress.
Communicate and embed the company’s vision and values within the team.
Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related disciplines.
12+ years of industry experience in pharmaceuticals, with deep expertise in Global Labeling and Regulatory Affairs.
Demonstrated experience in Labeling Life Cycle Management (LCM) and compliance frameworks.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proven success in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to handle escalations, drive strategic initiatives, and improve operational performance.
Expertise in pharmaceutical labeling regulations and requirements.
