Role Overview

The Senior Manager – Labelling Established Products leads the Global Labeling team based in Bangalore, India. The role is responsible for driving Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) labeling initiatives, managing Labeling Life Cycle Management (LCM) operations, and providing strategic guidance on labeling for multiple projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Guide and manage daily operations of the Global Labeling team.

  • Compliance: Ensure labeling activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional initiatives.

  • Team Development: Build team capabilities, implement onboarding enhancements, and create opportunities for skill development.

  • Performance Management: Monitor and manage team performance, address complaints, resolve issues, and reward achievements.

  • Resource Management: Handle recruitment, resource allocation, workload management, and escalation resolution.

  • Succession Planning: Provide feedback on succession planning and align team capabilities with organizational needs.

  • Reporting: Prepare reports summarizing team activities, operational highlights, and progress.

  • Organizational Alignment: Champion the company’s vision, values, and work practices, ensuring adherence across the team.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Professional Experience: Over 12 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in global labeling and regulatory affairs.

  • LCM Expertise: Strong knowledge of Labeling Life Cycle Management and regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, develop, and mentor teams while driving operational efficiency.

  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled in collaborating with internal stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives.
