Role Description:

The Senior Manager - Endeavour is responsible for driving brand strategy and managing the growth of assigned therapy areas or brands. The role focuses on market analysis, competition monitoring, and executing effective brand communication strategies. Additionally, this position coordinates with the sales team to ensure the alignment of brand goals with sales execution and manages promotional activities to optimize costs and improve market share.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market and Competition Analysis:

    • Understand market needs and gaps, access market information, and analyze competition to design effective brand strategies aimed at improving the market share of the assigned therapy/brands.
  2. Brand Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and execute brand communication strategies that align with the overall brand goals and market trends. Ensure clear messaging and positioning of the brand in the market.
  3. Sales Team Coordination:

    • Work closely with the sales team to support them in executing brand strategies, ensuring that the brand goals are met effectively in the field.
  4. Cost Optimization:

    • Optimize promotional costs through efficient promotional mix strategies, managing sales and promotional inventory effectively to maximize return on investment.

Relevant Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and coordination with sales teams, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Education Qualification:

  • B. Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
  • MBA (Master of Business Administration)
