Job Summary

This strategic leadership role demands 8–10 years of expertise in drug safety, pharmacovigilance, or clinical development. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for drug safety operations and industry trend analysis.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Solutioning teams to drive opportunity conversion and improve client win ratios.

  • Enhance capability presentations; identify service areas and solutions aligned with client needs.

  • Participate in defining creative, cost-effective solutions and competitive value propositions.

  • Build and sustain relationships with senior leadership across Safety and Pharmacovigilance (PV) sectors.

  • Represent Indegene at trade conferences, industry events, and speaker sessions.

  • Drive strategic partnerships to expand service offerings and client base.

  • Oversee and provide expertise during safety consulting engagements and operations.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: MBBS/MD (Management diploma/degree is a plus).

  • Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in drug safety, pharmacovigilance, or clinical development within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of pharmacology, toxicology, and clinical trial methodology.

  • Strong understanding of FDA and international regulatory PV requirements.

  • Skilled in data analysis tools (Excel, SAS) and safety databases (Argus, ARISg).

  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
