Salary Range: $164,000 – $179,550 (plus bonus & equity)

Role Summary

The Senior Manager, Biostatistics will be responsible for providing statistical expertise to design, analyze, and interpret clinical trials and experimental studies. This role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the application of appropriate statistical methodologies and to guide research and development initiatives across Eikon's clinical portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design clinical trials, experiments, and studies

  • Develop statistical analysis plans, including sample size, endpoints, and statistical methodologies

  • Lead statistical analysis, simulations, and ad hoc analyses

  • Collaborate with clinical teams to support study conduct, analysis, and reporting

  • Contribute to regulatory submissions with statistical expertise and documentation

  • Stay updated on trends in biostatistics, machine learning, and statistical tools

  • Implement advanced statistical software and techniques in clinical studies


Qualifications

  • PhD with 3+ years of experience (preferred), or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience

  • Experience in oncology preferred

  • Proficiency in statistical programming (e.g., R, SAS)

  • Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines (ICH, FDA)

  • Knowledge of Bayesian statistics, adaptive trial designs, and machine learning

  • Experience with cloud computing and big data analysis

  • Ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Publications in peer-reviewed journals showcasing biostatistical expertise
