Job Description: Senior MICC Professional

We are seeking experienced MICC professionals to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle a range of responsibilities within the Medical Information Contact Centre (MICC) for the Pharmacovigilance function, focusing on effective case management and team support.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Case Management:

    • Intake and Registration: Receive and manage calls and emails (AE, PQC, MI & GI), including case intake, duplicate checking, and registration.
    • Follow-Up Inquiries: Conduct follow-up inquiries via phone and email, and provide translation for inquiries if not in English.
  • Document Development:

    • Documentation: Develop and prepare all necessary documents for MICC operations.
  • Mentoring and Support:

    • Team Mentoring: Act as a mentor for the MICC team, providing guidance and support.
    • Audit Support: Assist with audits and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience:

    • Senior Role: 3-5 years of experience in a Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) role, specializing in Pharmacovigilance.
    • Lead Role: 5-7 years of experience with a proven track record of leading MICC operations.
  • Educational Background:

    • Degree: Graduate or postgraduate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, dentistry, allied health sciences, or related fields.
  • Skills:

    • Communication: Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and coordination.
    • Expertise: Subject matter expertise in MICC operations and Pharmacovigilance.

This role is ideal for a skilled professional with extensive experience in MICC operations, looking to contribute their expertise in a leadership capacity.
