About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Compliance Associate to support and promote adherence to healthcare compliance standards across the JAPAC region and global operations. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that internal and external compliance requirements are met while advocating best practices across business functions. The ideal candidate will combine compliance expertise with strong collaboration, project coordination, and analytical skills.


Key Responsibilities

Compliance Support & Governance

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for compliance initiatives in the JAPAC region.

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and administering healthcare compliance programs, policies, SOPs, tools, and trainings.

  • Support global and regional compliance objectives, including FMV (Fair Market Value) and Country Requirements Overview (CRO) initiatives.

  • Identify potential areas of improvement, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable recommendations and follow-up.

  • Track compliance actions, monitor progress, and provide feedback on improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy

  • Collaborate with JAPAC affiliate staff to achieve compliance goals and promote a culture of integrity and adherence to regulations.

  • Partner with Training and Systems teams to address local compliance needs and ensure alignment with global standards.

  • Act as a compliance advocate within business operations, providing guidance on regulatory expectations and best practices.

Project Coordination & Administration

  • Support the coordination and execution of compliance projects and initiatives across multiple functions and geographies.

  • Assist CDOCS and LMS subject matter experts in content development, training implementation, and documentation management.

  • Maintain accurate records, supporting documentation, and reporting for audits and compliance reviews.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, or quality systems.

  • Proven experience working with cross-functional and global teams.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with fluency in English.

  • Competency in project coordination, documentation management, and compliance reporting.

  • Technology proficiency in tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in multinational or global compliance environments.

  • Knowledge of JAPAC healthcare regulations and regional compliance standards.

  • Additional language proficiency is an advantage.

  • Hands-on experience supporting compliance audits, monitoring, or risk management initiatives.
