Job Description

Lambda Therapeutic Research Ltd. is seeking a Senior Executive - Project Management (Costing) to join their team. The role primarily involves managing costing processes related to various studies, including BA/BE studies and clinical trials. This position will focus on preparing, reviewing, and finalizing quotations, contracts, and pricing inputs for business development and client negotiations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation, Review & Finalization of Quotations:
    • Draft and review quotations for BA/BE studies and clinical trials for Lambda India & Canada.
    • Prepare annual rate contracts, bid grids for RFPs in sponsor-specific templates in collaboration with BD leads.
    • Generate Phase I quotations for India & Canada, in consultation with the Medical team and BD.
    • Manage the creation of master service agreements, confidentiality agreements, and project-specific agreements/contracts.
  • Operational Inputs:
    • Provide inputs for operational presentations, including MIS (Management Information System) reports, and maintain fortnightly updates on order book.
    • Work closely with the BD team to provide pricing inputs and support during quote discussions and price negotiations with sponsors.
  • Contract and Agreement Management:
    • Finalize project-specific agreements/contracts based on the final study protocol.
    • Assist with various contract negotiation stages and ensure compliance with project-specific terms and conditions.

Key Deliverables

  • Timely preparation and review of all quotations, contracts, and agreements.
  • Active contribution to the study pricing process, ensuring all aspects are aligned with operational needs and client expectations.
  • Accurate and up-to-date management of the order book and MIS reports.
  • Support business development and pricing strategy during client discussions.

Allied Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed to ensure accurate costing and timely deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to ensure the smooth execution of costing and project management processes.

Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in costing for clinical trials, BA/BE studies, or related project management roles.

Educational Qualification

  • M. Pharm / B. Pharm / Graduate in a relevant field with required experience.
