    Position Overview

    The Senior Executive - Project Management (Costing) will play a critical role in managing the preparation and finalization of quotations, contracts, and financial agreements for clinical and BA/BE studies. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Business Development (BD), medical teams, and sponsors, ensuring accurate pricing and compliance with sponsor requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    Quotation and Contract Preparation

    • Prepare, review, and finalize:
      • Quotations for BA/BE studies (India & Canada).
      • Clinical trial quotations (India & Canada).
      • Phase I quotations in collaboration with the medical and BD teams.
    • Draft and review:
      • Annual rate contracts.
      • Bid grids for RFPs in sponsor-specific templates.
      • Master service agreements, confidentiality agreements, and project-specific agreements/contracts.
    • Develop quotations based on finalized protocols for project-specific agreements/contracts.

    Financial Reporting and MIS

    • Maintain the order book and provide inputs for operational presentations.
    • Prepare and manage MIS, including fortnightly reporting.

    Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Provide detailed inputs on study aspects and pricing to the BD team.
    • Support BD teams in quotation discussions and price negotiations with sponsors.
    • Ensure clear and precise communication of pricing strategies and study-specific requirements.

    Regulatory Compliance

    • Ensure all contracts and agreements align with company SOPs, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
    • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies in all agreements and negotiations.

    Experience & Qualifications

    Experience

    • A minimum of 3+ years in costing and financial management, preferably in the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.

    Educational Qualifications

    • M. Pharm, B. Pharm, or a relevant graduate degree with the required experience.

    Key Competencies

    • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of clinical research, BA/BE studies, and financial processes.
    • Accountability: Ability to take ownership of deliverables with accuracy and timeliness.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
    • Organization: Proficient in planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
    • Leadership: Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
