Senior Executive – Pharmacovigilance
Location: Ahmedabad

Job Description:
Pharmazone is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive – Pharmacovigilance to join our Pharmacovigilance Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all PV operations comply with internal policies, regulatory expectations, and client standards while actively contributing to a culture of continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and govern the Pharmacovigilance Quality Assurance System.

  • Maintain continuous oversight of quality systems within the PV department.

  • Review and/or approve Quality System Documents related to PV processes.

  • Ensure strict adherence to written procedures, policies, and manuals.

  • Maintain audit and inspection readiness at all times.

  • Lead or assist in handling external audits, regulatory inspections, and client visits concerning PV.

  • Monitor deficiencies, deviations, and ensure implementation of CAPA as per QMS SOPs.

  • Manage onboarding and training of new PV team members, ensuring compliance with training plans and defined job responsibilities.

  • Conduct quality reviews of ongoing PV activities to ensure robust process monitoring.

  • Lead or support QMS audits, vendor qualification, for-cause, and pre-inspection audits.

  • Address and respond to external quality and compliance queries related to PV.

  • Coordinate document distribution in collaboration with the QMS department.

  • Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
