About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst – HEOR to join our global team, supporting the evaluation and modeling of health technologies. This role focuses on economic modeling, cost-effectiveness, and budget impact analyses to inform decision-making for new therapies. The position provides exposure to international projects and cross-functional collaboration with epidemiologists, market access specialists, project managers, and clinical teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support global HEOR projects through health economic and decision-analytic modeling, including cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and value-for-money assessments.

  • Prepare model inputs, develop or adapt models, run analyses, and document assumptions, methods, and results.

  • Conduct systematic literature reviews and extract data from economic, clinical, and epidemiological studies.

  • Assist in building, updating, and maintaining de novo and adapted health economic models.

  • Contribute to evidence synthesis activities, including data preparation, summary tables, and technical report writing.

  • Support the preparation of slide decks, technical reports, and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate effectively within global, cross-functional teams, ensuring projects meet timelines and quality standards.

  • Proactively identify and flag risks to deliverables, providing solutions and escalation where necessary.


Education & Experience Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in Economics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Pharmacy, Public Health, or related disciplines.

  • 2–3 years of relevant HEOR experience in economic modeling, preferably within consulting or the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.

  • Foundational understanding of health economics, decision modeling, health technology assessment (HTA), and epidemiology.

  • Hands-on experience with Excel (formulas, structured spreadsheets, VBA); knowledge of R and/or Python is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail with adherence to structured processes and quality standards.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within remote and global teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and client-facing deliverables.

  • Practical experience in health economic model development and adaptation.

  • Ability to analyze, clean, and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights.

  • Knowledge of industry standards for HEOR reporting and modeling documentation.

  • Experience contributing to pre-market and post-market assessment strategies.
