Job Summary

Lambda Therapeutic Research is seeking a Senior Manager – Investigator & Physicians to lead medical oversight, feasibility evaluation, and investigator coordination for clinical studies. This role is critical in ensuring protocol compliance, patient safety, regulatory adherence, and scientific excellence across clinical trial operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility assessments for various molecules based on sponsor requirements and clinical development plans.

  • Review clinical trial protocols and ensure alignment with regulatory, scientific, and ethical standards.

  • Act as an Investigator to ensure strict adherence to inclusion/exclusion criteria and overall protocol compliance.

  • Coordinate, supervise, and guide the study team to ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements throughout study conduct.

  • Serve as the primary medical point of contact for sponsors on study-related medical matters.

  • Communicate effectively with Institutional Ethics Committees (IEC) and local regulatory authorities regarding study updates, submissions, and concerns.

  • Monitor, manage, and medically review Adverse Events (AEs) and Serious Adverse Events (SAEs), ensuring timely reporting and resolution.

  • Collaborate with study teams to address safety-related issues and ensure patient protection.

  • Contribute to the scientific development of the organization through medical insights, process improvements, and best practices.

  • Maintain, update, and implement departmental systems, SOPs, and medical governance frameworks.


Required Experience

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in clinical research, investigator oversight, or physician-led clinical trial management within a CRO, pharmaceutical company, or clinical research setting.

  • Hands-on experience with protocol review, feasibility assessment, safety management, and regulatory interactions.


Educational Qualification

  • MD in Pharmacology is mandatory.
