Role Overview:
The Senior Executive – Internal Events will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate employee engagement activities that foster teamwork, morale, and a positive workplace culture. This role requires a creative, proactive, and organized professional capable of managing end-to-end events across multiple formats, including on-site, off-site, and virtual activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute in-house and off-site employee engagement events, including:

    • Themed celebrations, fun Fridays, and festive activities

    • Team-building workshops and exercises

    • Sports tournaments, wellness, and fitness programs

    • Annual parties, milestone celebrations, and special corporate events

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to assess employee engagement needs and design tailored initiatives.

  • Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and logistics management.

  • Promote events effectively through internal communication channels such as emails, posters, intranet updates, and announcements to maximize participation.

  • Collect post-event feedback, evaluate engagement levels, and report on event effectiveness.

  • Stay informed about corporate engagement trends and introduce innovative ideas to enhance employee experience.

  • Work flexible day and night shifts as required to ensure seamless execution of events.

  • Maintain a professional, approachable demeanor to foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive event environment.

  • Resolve unforeseen challenges efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to scheduled activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • 3–6 years of experience in corporate event planning, employee engagement, or related fields.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Creative mindset with keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts when required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of event management tools such as Canva or Trello is an advantage.
