Duties & Responsibilities:

General Administration:

  • Prepare and adhere to the approved annual administration and employee welfare budget.
  • Monitor and analyze expenses monthly in relation to the approved budget.
  • Handle employee vendor creation, PR, and invoice processing.
  • Manage ID cards, visiting cards, and stationery issuance.
  • Liaise with local authorities, such as the police department, municipal office, and vigilance committees.

Facilities Management:

  • Oversee horticulture management, housekeeping, and pest control operations.
  • Manage locker rooms, linen rooms, and laundry operations, ensuring proper record-keeping.
  • Administer employee transport, company vehicles, and asset management.
  • Ensure compliance with all facilities management regulations.
  • Manage drinking water systems and resources.

Security & Safety:

  • Secure premises, personnel, machinery, and materials through surveillance and access control.
  • Prepare reports on observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
  • Ensure security gate management and document authentication.
  • Maintain security equipment and manage reception and visitor systems.
  • Assess safety hazards, conduct safety audits, fire drills, and ensure compliance.
  • Track discipline for casual and on-roll employees, responding to emergencies as needed.

Employee Engagement:

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including wellness programs, birthdays, long service recognition, town halls, and festivals.
  • Manage employee gift budgets and procurement of gifts, including birthday gifts and joining kits.

Employee Welfare & Health:

  • Manage the canteen, pantry, and hygiene standards, ensuring food and personnel hygiene compliance.
  • Organize pre-employment health checkups and annual health checkups for employees.
  • Maintain OHC, first aid management, and personal hygiene records for all employees.
  • Oversee mediclaim management and ensure plant employees receive uniforms on schedule.
  • Manage crèche facilities for employees.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA or equivalent degree.
  • 6-8 years of experience in administration, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
