Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clinical systems integration inquiries

  • Provide support for the SAS platform and biostatistics tools

  • Oversee integration of clinical systems at both system and project levels

  • Monitor data exchanges between clinical systems to ensure integrity and performance

  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to facilitate data access from clinical systems

  • Assist the Technical Systems Owner with various support tasks


Required Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to apply systems thinking to understand project interdependencies

  • Skilled in transforming user requirements into viable technical solutions

  • Proficient in relational databases and SQL

  • Strong experience with API functionality and system integrations

  • Solid background in software development and scripting (PHP, JavaScript, Python, VBA, PowerShell)

  • Analytical and detail-oriented problem solver

  • Experience with SAS and/or R; familiarity with platform management is a plus

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Clinical Operations and Information Systems

  • Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities

  • Basic understanding of GxP compliance

  • Strong logical reasoning skills
