Job Summary

Medpace is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Clinical Trial Management team in Denver, CO. This full-time, office-based role will support clinical trial management and contribute to the company’s success. Ideal candidates will have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and the position includes a comprehensive 4-6 week training program, especially for those new to clinical research.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical Trial Management: Assist with day-to-day operations and coordination of clinical trials.
  • Task Delivery: Work closely with the project CTM to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Status Reporting: Compile and maintain project-specific status reports.
  • Sponsor and Site Interaction: Serve as a liaison between the Sponsor, study sites, and internal associates.
  • Regulatory Filing Oversight: Ensure quality control of internal regulatory filing systems.
  • Study Supplies: Manage supplies necessary for the study.
  • Project Timelines: Create and maintain project timelines.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize project meetings and produce detailed meeting minutes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a health/life sciences field.
  • Experience: Prior experience as a Study Coordinator or within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, databases, Windows), with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Compensation

  • Target Salary Range: $40,000 - $85,000 per year, based on skills and experience.
