Job Title:

Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) – Florida | Remote

Job Summary:

Fortrea, a global leader in clinical research, is hiring an experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join its FSP team in Florida or the Southeastern US. This fully remote role requires 5+ years of clinical monitoring expertise to ensure high-quality trial management across all phases of site monitoring. Ideal for candidates seeking to advance their pharmaceutical and clinical research career with a dynamic, technology-driven organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site management, monitoring, initiation, and close-out visits per project plans.

  • Ensure protocol adherence and informed consent compliance to safeguard patient safety.

  • Review source documents and CRFs for data accuracy and integrity.

  • Manage Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reporting and follow-ups.

  • Generate and resolve queries using Fortrea or client data systems.

  • Support training for new monitors and co-monitoring activities.

  • Coordinate clinical projects as a Local Project Coordinator and serve as local client contact.

  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • University degree or certification in allied health or related fields (e.g., nursing).

  • Minimum 5 years of Clinical Monitoring experience.

  • Strong understanding of clinical research regulations (ICH-GCP, GVP).

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Familiarity with electronic data collection systems and clinical software.

  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and technology-driven environments.

  • Team-oriented with exceptional communication skills.
