About the Role: Biostatistician

This role requires a skilled Biostatistician to lead project teams, oversee statistical deliverables, and ensure the application of advanced statistical methods. You will coordinate closely with clients and internal teams to achieve project goals within timelines and budgets while upholding quality standards. Your expertise will also contribute to business development activities, fostering innovation in clinical research.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Leadership:

    • Coordinate and lead project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines and budget.
    • Serve as the primary client contact for statistical and contractual matters.
  2. Quality Control:

    • Perform quality checks on derived datasets, tables, figures, and listings created by team members.
    • Continuously ensure the quality of your work to maintain first-time accuracy.
  3. Statistical Expertise:

    • Apply advanced statistical methods and lead the production of randomizations, analysis plans, and statistical reports.
    • Provide data and analysis as a non-voting independent statistician for Data Monitoring Committee (DMC) reviews.
  4. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Contribute to statistical sections of integrated clinical reports and other supporting documents.
  5. Client Interaction:

    • Attend and actively contribute to client meetings, presenting and discussing analysis concepts and results.
    • Support business development by contributing to study designs, sample size scenarios, and proposal development.
  6. Team Collaboration:

    • Work within a matrix environment, valuing teamwork and collaboration across departments.
