Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Manager – Clinical Workflow to join our Hyderabad team. This hybrid role (lab-based >70%) provides the opportunity to develop and implement integrated workflow applications in clinical diagnostics. The position involves combining instruments, consumables, software, and automation solutions from multiple Thermo Fisher Scientific divisions to address real-world diagnostic challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and demonstrate coordinated workflow applications in clinical diagnostics for customer evaluation and adoption.

  • Integrate instruments, consumables, software, and automation solutions from CMD, SDG, and Digital Science divisions.

  • Conduct live workflow demonstrations and training sessions tailored to customer needs.

  • Collaborate with global product and application teams to pilot and adapt workflows for India and APAC markets.

  • Provide technical expertise and support in implementing complex diagnostic solutions.

Experience & Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience in Clinical, BA-BE, or Diagnostics settings; knowledge of Thermo Fisher instrumentation is preferred.

  • Postgraduate or PhD in Chemistry (Analytical/Organic), Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Strong skills in cross-divisional workflow integration and customer-focused demonstrations.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with international teams to implement and customize workflows.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical training abilities.
