About the Role:
Join Sanofi’s R&D Data & AI Products and Platforms Team as a Scrum Master and lead the agile transformation that supports our mission to deliver next-generation healthcare. This role is pivotal in facilitating agile methodologies for Data & AI products in R&D, helping accelerate the discovery and development of innovative therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
Agile Leadership:
Champion agile principles and coach Data & AI delivery Pods.
Drive agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlogs and define clear execution plans.
Remove impediments, manage risks, and ensure alignment of product goals with R&D strategy.
Promote continuous process improvements and implement retrospection feedback.
Team Collaboration & Development:
Foster cross-functional collaboration among data scientists, developers, and analysts.
Mediate conflicts and encourage a culture of self-organization and learning.
Monitor team performance using agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) and report to stakeholders.
About You:
Functional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Sciences, or related field.
5+ years in Scrum, project management, or similar roles.
Proficient in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and cross-team coordination.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Technical Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of AI and data science concepts.
Proficient with agile project tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
Familiarity with Lean-Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
CSM or similar Agile certifications preferred.
