Job Title: Supply Chain Management (SCM) Lead
Location: India

Key Responsibilities:

Distributor Management & Annual KPI Governance Meeting:

  • Ensure distributors are appointed according to the defined process.
  • Maintain Distributor Master Data in an audit-ready state with all supporting documents and approvals.
  • Conduct the Annual KPI Governance meeting on time.
  • Keep all distributor contracts stored in a central repository.
  • Address distributor queries and complaints in line with defined timelines.

FSCM - Vendor Management:

  • Ensure all vendors are onboarded only after completing internal due diligence (Aravo).
  • Renew all vendor contracts on time.
  • Keep Vendor Master Data updated in real-time.
  • Ensure vendor bills align with contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure timely execution and release of vendor payments.
  • Conduct Supplier Relationship Meetings with Procurement.

SCM - Audit Lead (SAT & CAS):

  • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and review audits, providing guidance and assistance to the team to complete audits on time.

SCM - Record Management Lead:

  • Work with the SCM team to ensure business records are stored, retrievable, and accessible throughout their retention period. Regularly review records for accuracy and grant access only to authorized individuals.

MIS:

  • Create and share dashboards with management on a monthly basis.

Projects/Others:

  • Manage SCM projects to streamline supply chain processes.
  • Work with project teams to improve purchasing, distribution, warehousing, logistics, and transportation operations.
  • Manage SCM regular operations as required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in supply chain management, vendor management, and distributor governance.
  • Proven track record in managing audits and record management processes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
