Team Overview
The Antibody Team focuses on antibody engineering and development, with a deep emphasis on reagent quality and specificity. The team's core activities include antibody design, purification, conjugation, and testing for various immunoassay applications, using cutting-edge technologies to drive advanced product development.


Role & Responsibilities
As a Scientist I, Protein Biology, you will play an integral role in the antibody development team, contributing to performance and specificity using innovative molecular, protein, and cell biology techniques.

  • Perform meticulous experimental planning and execution to meet program goals.

  • Maintain detailed records of results in data sheets and laboratory notebooks.

  • Stay updated with current literature in the field of antibody development.

  • Compile and present data in written and oral formats.

  • Actively participate in team meetings, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to schedules.


Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree with 0-3 years of experience or a Ph.D. in life sciences, with a focus on molecular biology, immunology, biotechnology, or biochemistry.

Nature of Experience

  • Experience in antibody development platforms, antibody design, engineering, and/or conjugation.

  • Proficiency in immunoassays such as Western blotting, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, Flow cytometry, or ELISA.

  • Experience with proteins, including structure-function or mutational analysis, and molecular biology techniques like PCR, cloning, and nucleic acid extraction.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with statistical software such as Prism.
