Key Responsibilities
Create publication and medical education content (e.g., abstracts, posters, manuscripts, slide decks)
Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in assigned therapeutic areas
Ensure accurate documentation and approval in platforms like PromoMats/iEnvision
Conduct publication-needs analysis and implement publication plans
Support medical communication teams and collaborate with regional stakeholders
Interact with healthcare professionals and end-users to deliver high-quality, relevant materials
Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., MSLs, product managers) to tailor content
Mentor and support other writers by sharing knowledge and best practices
Work with vendors to ensure timely and compliant content delivery
Continuously improve deliverables based on stakeholder feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in scientific or medical writing (pharma industry or academia)
Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a Medical Degree
Proficiency in scientific communication tools (e.g., PromoMats, iEnvision)
Strong understanding of medical publication processes and compliance
Knowledge of therapeutic areas and publication planning
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
