About the Team:

Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is a global internal organization designed to centralize and streamline support across Sanofi’s key business units—including Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, Consumer Healthcare (CHC), Contract Manufacturing Operations (CMO), R&D, and Data & Digital functions. SBO acts as a strategic partner to Medical, HEVA (Health Economics and Value Assessment), and Commercial teams worldwide.


Main Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Develop specialized scientific content under supervision.

  • Support the complete content development process (e.g., documentation and approvals via PromoMats/iEnvision).

  • Build and maintain expertise in therapeutic areas.

  • Collaborate closely with team members to refine best practices.

People Collaboration:

  • Maintain strong working relationships with medical stakeholders in Global Business Units.

  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals about content.

  • Contribute to peer learning and skill-sharing among writers.

Performance Goals:

  • Deliver high-quality educational and publication materials (e.g., slide decks, posters, manuscripts, abstracts) on schedule.

  • Offer strategic input and collaborate with key institutions or individuals for publication initiatives.

Process & Project Support:

  • Develop and refine medical communication materials.

  • Support publication planning and need assessments.

  • Execute key elements of the regional publication strategy.

  • Work with third-party vendors to meet delivery requirements.

  • Use stakeholder feedback to enhance educational content.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Coordinate with scientific communication teams to align content with regional needs.

  • Partner with Product Managers, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), and medical teams to produce targeted materials.


About You:

  • Experience:
    Up to 2 years in medical/pharmaceutical content development or academic writing.

  • Education:
    Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field; or an MD.

  • Technical Skills:
    Familiarity with scientific writing, publication platforms, therapeutic domains, and project management (preferred).

  • Soft Skills:
    Strong communication, stakeholder management, teamwork, and independent working ability.

  • Language:
    Excellent verbal and written English.
