Key Responsibilities

  • Perform sample auditing activities, including formal review of protocols, specifications, methods, and project documentation within Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

  • Manage and maintain technical information related to sample management processes within LIMS platforms.

  • Coordinate sample entry procedures by sending detailed instructions to sample administration teams.

  • Communicate directly with clients via email regarding sample-related queries and updates.

  • Collaborate with project management, business development, and technical teams to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

  • Provide regular progress and status updates to supervisors.

  • Support operational workflows to ensure accurate and compliant sample management processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a science-related field such as M.Sc or M.Pharm.

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

  • Basic understanding of laboratory operations and sample management processes.
