Key Responsibilities
Perform sample auditing activities, including formal review of protocols, specifications, methods, and project documentation within Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
Manage and maintain technical information related to sample management processes within LIMS platforms.
Coordinate sample entry procedures by sending detailed instructions to sample administration teams.
Communicate directly with clients via email regarding sample-related queries and updates.
Collaborate with project management, business development, and technical teams to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Provide regular progress and status updates to supervisors.
Support operational workflows to ensure accurate and compliant sample management processes.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in a science-related field such as M.Sc or M.Pharm.
1–2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
Basic understanding of laboratory operations and sample management processes.
