Job Title: Sales & Business Development (Pan India)

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Outreach:
    • Visit hospitals, distributors, hospital stockists, and doctors to promote Cytobiologics products.
  • Sales & Promotion:
    • Educate healthcare professionals about Immunoglobulin (IVIG) and Human Albumin products, highlighting their benefits and applications.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion:
    • Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital procurement teams, pharmacists, and medical practitioners.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and market trends to provide strategic insights.
  • Product Training & Awareness:
    • Conduct presentations and training sessions for healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Order Processing & Follow-ups:
    • Coordinate with internal teams for order placement, invoicing, and delivery tracking.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Business Administration (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience:
    • 0-5 years in pharmaceutical/biologics sales (Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome).
  • Communication Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with medical professionals.
  • Negotiation Skills:
    • Ability to handle pricing discussions and close deals efficiently.
  • Self-Motivation:
    • Goal-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Willingness to Travel:
    • Frequent travel to hospitals, distributors, and healthcare centers across India.
