Key Responsibilities:

  • Goal Setting & Budget Management: Develop and communicate pharmacy goals for individual team members. Administer the pharmacy budget, analyze revenue/expenses, and provide financial reports.

  • Safety & Compliance: Oversee safety, radiation safety, and quality programs, ensuring compliance with state, federal regulations, and internal safety policies. Conduct pharmacy safety audits.

  • Radiopharmaceutical Dispensing: Compound and dispense radiopharmaceuticals, prepare doses for transit, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.

  • Customer Relations & Vendor Management: Collaborate with the Business Unit Director to maintain customer relationships, negotiate vendor services, and monitor facility maintenance.

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate team members, ensuring training and compliance with all safety standards. Ensure performance goals are met.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited pharmacy school.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of management experience in pharmacy operations, with experience leading teams in a medical or pharmacy setting.

  • Licensing: Must be an Authorized User of radioactive materials on the pharmacy’s license.

  • Additional Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team motivation skills.

    • Radiation Safety Officer experience (preferred).

    • Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a vehicle.
