Job Summary
The Principal Analyst for Non-Drug Projects (NDP) Governance plays a key role in the management and execution of NDPs within Clinical Data Operations (CDO). This individual will collaborate closely with CDO sub-functions to ensure that NDP plans are executed efficiently and meet the required timelines and quality standards. They will also be responsible for managing the NDP inventory, ensuring alignment between cross-functional teams, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Execute NDP Strategy: Implement the NDP strategy mapped into the CDO BBO, ensuring alignment with the CDOLT's desired outcomes.

  2. NDP Inventory Management: Build and maintain an inventory of CDO NDPs, ensuring they align with the GCO NDP inventory and avoid duplication.

  3. Collaboration with CDO SMEs: Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) in CDO to ensure alignment on NDPs marked in the inventory.

  4. Cross-Functional Meetings: Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss NDPs and ensure alignment across teams.

  5. Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams, summarizing the status of deliverables, timelines, scope, and resource plans.

  6. Industry Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with industry trends to provide valuable inputs during NDP discussions.

  7. Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives and non-clinical project efforts within the organization.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Achieve overall goals set by the Global Head, Data Operations, GDO, and Head Strategy & Operations.

  2. Ensure the successful execution of the NDP Governance Framework to the satisfaction of CDOLT and stakeholders.

  3. Establish strong alliances with stakeholders, receiving positive feedback on NDP Management.

  4. Deliver priority NDPs on time and with high quality.
