Job Overview

Clario is seeking a Respiratory OverRead Clinical Specialist to support the quality and accuracy of pulmonary function test (PFT) data used in global clinical trials. This remote role plays a critical part in ensuring reliable respiratory data that supports regulatory submissions and accelerates the delivery of innovative respiratory therapies to patients worldwide.

As part of Clario’s Respiratory OverRead team, you will collaborate with sponsors, clinical sites, and internal project teams to uphold data integrity, regulatory compliance, and turnaround commitments across clinical studies.


Key Responsibilities

Clinical Data Review & Analysis

  • Perform in-depth analysis and quality review of pulmonary function test data across assigned clinical trials

  • Ensure respiratory data meets protocol requirements, industry standards, and regulatory expectations

Stakeholder Support & Communication

  • Address and resolve data quality queries from sponsors, investigator sites, monitors, and internal project teams

  • Provide timely, clear, and well-documented responses to support clinical trial continuity

Operational Oversight

  • Ensure all Respiratory OverRead activities meet contracted turnaround times and service-level agreements

  • Provide regular status updates and performance reports to the Director of Respiratory OverRead

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Support adherence to internal SOPs, regulatory standards, and sponsor requirements

  • Participate in process optimization and quality improvement initiatives as assigned


Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy, Physiology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline

  • Equivalent hands-on clinical experience may be considered

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in pulmonary function testing, respiratory diagnostics, or a related clinical field

  • Prior experience supporting clinical trials or centralized data review is highly desirable


Certifications (Preferred)

  • National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC): CPFT, RPFT, CRT, or RRT

  • NIOSH Respiratory Surveillance Training Program certification


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite applications

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and collaboration
