About the Role:
Join one of the world’s largest Clinical Research Organizations, operating four Early Phase Clinical Research Units across the UK and US. We are seeking Research Nurses (RNs and LPNs) for a full-time, on-site position in Dallas, TX with day or mid-shift rotations, including weekends.

As a Research Nurse, you will provide direct care to healthy volunteer participants, support early-phase clinical trials, and gain hands-on experience with a wide range of study types, including first-in-human trials, ascending dose studies, food effect evaluations, and drug-drug interaction studies. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge medical technologies while working closely with participants and a collaborative research team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate vital sign assessments: blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate, temperature, and weight

  • Conduct venipuncture and process biological samples according to protocol

  • Prepare and record ECGs and Holters accurately

  • Monitor participant dietary compliance

  • Assist in room and equipment preparation for study procedures

  • Support participant screening and other study-related tasks as needed

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient clinical environment

  • Complete additional duties as assigned to ensure study success


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN) with active state licensure

  • EMT, Phlebotomy, CMA, or CNA certification preferred

  • 0–1 year of clinical or research experience

  • Relevant and equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment where adherence to protocol and timelines is critical

  • Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills


Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Work in laboratory and clinical settings with exposure to electrical office equipment and biological fluids

  • Occasional site travel may be required

  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, protective eyewear, and garments required

  • Ability to work upright or stationary for 6–8 hours per day

  • Repetitive hand movements for operating lab and clinical equipment

  • Occasional crouching, stooping, bending, or twisting

  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 15–20 lbs

  • Flexible hours including weekend rotations
